We are a privately owned property investment company forming part of the PMD Group established in 2004.

Based in Marylebone, Central London, the team is headed up by two equity partners and supported by transaction management and property management staff.

Our exclusive focus as a company, is acquiring below market value residential property in London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and East Sussex. All properties are acquired directly for the company.

We purchase property through our loyal and continuously growing network of partners which include property finders, private investors, estate agents, debt management companies, solicitors and mortgage brokers.

In addition, we undertake the following:

• Co-invest in joint venture projects alongside professional property or financial investors
• Borrow funds from investors which are always secured by way of a first charge on a property, with interest paid monthly.
