Please find our buying criteria below, which forms the basis of due diligence for all property that we acquire.

All properties must be located within the following post code areas:

• London: N, NW, NE, E, EC, SE, SW, W
• Greater London: EN, HA, UB, TW, KT, SM, GU, SL
• Essex: RM, IG, SS
• Hertfordshire: AL, SG
• Kent: DA, BR
• East Sussex: BN, TN

And meet the following criterion:

• A maximum open market property value of £300,000
• A minimum of 20% below the RICS market value - assuming a ready to let property, otherwise the discount offered should reflect any works required
• Freehold property only
• We do not purchase off-plan, new-build property or concrete properties classed as defective PRC
