If you are looking to invest cash deposits in return for monthly income and capital growth we have a range of options for you. An equity investment offers you a share of the monthly positive cash flow generated from the property and a share of the growth in capital value. We will manage the property, effectively creating an armchair investment for you. This is carried out in a fully transparent manner, and all paperwork is available for your inspection at any time (please see legal setup below).

We have found clients use this method of investing either when: starting out in order to benefit from our investment expertise; they don’t wish to take on the full risk of an investment; or have the capital but do not have sufficient time or expertise to oversee their investments and invest with us for our expertise and peace of mind that we have invested our own funds into the deal. The fact we invest equally with our clients in equity type investments provides peace of mind and assurances as to the quality of the investment in which you are investing your capital.

Please note that an equity investment differs from a cash finance investment in that the latter offers a return via interest on secured monies loaned for a pre-agreed period of time.

As we are able to source exceptional investment opportunities, we maintain a very rigorous risk profile model to suit our equity investor clients. You would invest equally in a property with us, with ownership divided 50:50. We would share the asset and the associated liabilities, of all which is pre-agreed within a legal deed of trust and registered on the title with the land registry.
