If you have a deal to sell, we promise an acquisition service of the highest calibre. We buy the property directly from the vendor ourselves – there are no other parties involved. Thus once a deal is agreed between us, you can be assured that all is in place to deliver an efficient, uncomplicated and successful outcome.

The finder’s fee or sourcing fee applicable to each property investment is determined by the individual or company that has ownership of the deal. We reward the best investments with generous finder’s fees.

Property Leads

If you have generated a lead either with details from a motivated seller, development project or any other investment that you feel offers value to an investor, we will assess it with you.

The options then would be to:
